At least, that was my process and still remains and escalates in many different ways.

One of the places that provide for me that peace and inner quest is my village, a small village lost in the mountains where you meet freedom and the connection with the earth and the skies in a whole new different level.

At least half of the book came through while sitting outside of my house, on the rocks, looking at the mountains that surround this place, listening to the singing of the birds and the waters running through the village.

Not every moment is as peaceful as described but I definitely have the pleasure of enjoying some moments like these ones, where the sun bathes you and the wind whispers in your ears. Where the voices of your soul's guidance sound louder and your spirit guides come through in a way that is mesmerizing.
